An Evening with Dean Edwards

This November join us for a mouth-watering four-course meal, created by Celebrity Chef Dean Edwards. On the evening Dean will be working with Symonds at Redwoods Kitchen Brigade to bring you his culinary delights, stepping out to introduce each dish and stopping for an entertaining Q&A session in the intimate environment of Symonds at Redwood.

Held on Friday 8th & Saturday 9th November, both evenings with have two intimate sittings at 18:00pm or 20:30pm. Each sitting will hold a maximum of 50 people. Upgrade to our Private Dining Room for a VIP experience, where you will get to meet Dean and receive a signed copy of his latest book ‘Cook Slow’. The Private Dining Room holds up to 12 people.

Dean Edwards has been a regular chef on ITV's ‘Lorraine' since 2010 but first made his debut on ITV's ‘This Morning' in September 2009 where he featured in a weekly cookery slot, creating dishes for the ITV audience. After coming second in BBC's MasterChef Goes Large in 2006, he sought to change his life radically by leaving his career as a "digger driver" to pursue his love of cooking and food.
