We are pleased to announce that the team at Symonds at Redwood have teamed up with Briony May Williams, presenter of Food Unwrapped on Channel 4 and The Great British Bake Off Semi-finalist, to bring you a truly divine Afternoon Tea experience.

Briony has crafted some special cake recipes based on some of our favourite cocktails. These “caketails” include passion fruit martini cheesecake, espresso martini cakes and Mai Tai macarons to complement our sandwiches and freshly baked scones.

Here at Symonds at Redwood we pride ourselves on offering our guests a slice of Great British perfection, from our stunning restaurant setting to the quality of our British cuisine. We are delighted to add a new offering to our menu this winter.

Alongside our delicious festive menus, Briony May Williams has created a brand new Afternoon Tea menu which our Chef will serve daily Monday to Saturday from now into the new year. Briony will be here in person on selected dates each month, meeting and greeting Symonds guests.
