Pomegranate salsa

Ingredients

1 deseeded pomegranate

1/4 oranges zested and juiced

1/2 limes zested and juiced

0.5g toasted cinnamon powder

62g toasted pecans chopped same size as pomegranate seeds

50g pomegranate molasses

7g water

10g mint sliced

 

Method

Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.

Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
